Raise your hand if you're in need of a R&R type of day! I actually need another one and hope I can go back to Trilogy soon. Ken and I had the pleasure of visiting Trilogy a few weeks ago, actually as a pre-anniversary kickoff. We hardly get couple's massages, due to scheduling conflicts, so it was definitely a great treat for both of us.

To start off, Trilogy is located in a plaza near Manhattan Beach. Plenty of parking, metered, but didn't take long to find a spot. We were quickly greeted upon entrance by an upbeat team of happy staff members. You certainly feel the love and it's always great to feel so welcomed. We were escorted to our private room and met our massage therapists. By request, we had two female therapists and they were amazing! We had an hour long Swedish massage followed by a relaxing time to ourselves on their balcony area. We were given a private bed, champagne and fruits - yes, we were spoiled but we deserved it ;) 

Trilogy is certainly a great local escape with the beach just around the corner and plenty of places to eat (after your treatment). It's perfect for a girls day or if you want to spend time with your boo. They also book private parties so why not start off your birthday with a day at Trilogy?
